Adult Group Fitness

This is a traditional adult fitness class with 6-8 people. These classes are offered Monday – Friday at 5:00am, 6:00am, and 10:00am. The class program is strength-based, with two major strength days and three days of strength and conditioning. These are not customized workouts, but many customizations and modifications can be made during class times.

Adult Semi-Private Training

This is a small group (4-6 person) private training option for adults. This membership comes with customized programming for each individual that are completed in a small group setting.

Athlete Semi-Private Training

This is a small group (8-10 person) private training option for athletes. This membership comes with customized programming for each individual that are completed in a small group setting.

Female-Only Fitness (6AM Monday - Friday)

This is a female-only group fitness class with 6-8 people. These classes are offered Monday – Friday at 6:00am.
